Our promise

Every review says plainly whether a provider prescribes generic sildenafil and tadalafil, sells higher-priced brand Viagra or Cialis, or offers compounded formulations — and we flag compounded products as not FDA-approved every time. We don't blur the line between an FDA-approved prescription medication and a compounded one. It's the whole reason we exist.
• ▸Independence over payouts. We earn affiliate commissions on some links, but verdicts are set on the merits before money is considered. A provider can't buy a spot, a badge, or a softer sentence, and providers we don't partner with are covered editorially. See our disclosure.
• ▸No health claims, ever. We report what providers document and how each service works — never medical outcomes or efficacy. We rank on verifiable attributes only; we're not a clinic, and we're not your doctors. ED medications are prescription-only and require a consultation with a licensed provider.
• ▸We keep it current. 17 reviews and guides and counting, re-checked as providers change pricing, plans, and how their consults work. Prices are provider-attributed — always verify at the source.
