ED Samples exists because ED telehealth outran the facts. In a few short years, getting treatment for erectile dysfunction went from a doctor's office to a crowded field of online clinics, men's-health subscriptions, and look-alike supplements — and brought thousands of first-time patients with it. What it didn't bring was clarity: providers with vague or buried pricing, subscription funnels that are hard to read, generic versus brand sildenafil and tadalafil sold without plain explanation, and compounded "ED" products that aren't FDA-approved, with nobody saying so plainly.

So that's the job. We compare every provider on the same standard, using only their publicly available information: what they actually offer (and don't) — generic versus brand sildenafil and tadalafil, and any compounded options — how transparent their pricing is, how the online consult is handled, and what we could — and couldn't — verify. We say plainly when a product is compounded rather than FDA-approved, and when a sign-up is a subscription funnel rather than a one-time purchase. Then we rank on verifiable attributes, never on outcomes or efficacy, using a method we publish in full.

On independence: ED Samples is funded by affiliate commissions on some of the links we publish. Providers cannot buy a placement, a verdict, or a kinder review — rankings are set before monetization is ever considered, and a provider we don't partner with is covered editorially and can outrank a provider we do, whenever it earns it. The same standard drives the Provider Finder, our matching tool: your answers pick the providers, not the payout.

If we can't verify it, we won't rank on it.

Who we are, plainly: an independent directory and content site that researches and compares erectile-dysfunction (ED) telehealth providers so you walk into a clinician conversation informed, then links you out to the provider. We report what providers document publicly and what we can confirm — we don't sample, test, sell, or ship anything, we're not a clinic, and we're not your doctors. We describe how each service works and what the record says, never medical outcomes; nothing on this site is medical advice, it's for adults 18+, and ED medications are prescription-only and require a consultation with a licensed provider.
