These terms govern your use of GLP-1 Samples (the “Site”), operated by Theory Road. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Editorial publisher, not a healthcare provider

GLP-1 Samples is an independent editorial publication. We are not a healthcare provider, telehealth platform, pharmacy, or licensed medical professional. We do not prescribe, dispense, fill, or deliver medication. Content on the Site is editorial, comparative, and educational only. See the full medical disclaimer.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on the Site is medical advice. GLP-1 medications, including off-label and compounded preparations, are prescription drugs that require evaluation by a licensed clinician who knows your medical history. Do not start, stop, or change a medication based on anything you read here. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

3. Affiliate links

Outbound links to providers, pharmacies, and manufacturer programs may pay us a commission when you complete a consult, sign-up, or fill. Compensation does not influence our editorial ranking or content. See the full affiliate disclosure.

4. Trademark and manufacturer non-affiliation

Brand names referenced on the Site (including but not limited to Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Rybelsus®, Saxenda®, Mounjaro®, and Zepbound®) are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Our use is editorial and qualifies as nominative fair use. GLP-1 Samples is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any drug manufacturer or healthcare provider. 5. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is.” While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate, current information (every program is re-verified weekly, every page shows a last-verified date), we make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability of any provider, offer, price, eligibility criterion, or program. Pricing, availability, and clinical guidelines change; verify directly with the provider before relying on any specific number.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLP-1 Samples and Theory Road, and our respective officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including but not limited to: reliance on editorial content, decisions to start or stop a medication, interactions with any third-party provider, financial loss, emotional distress, or health outcomes. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GLP-1 Samples and Theory Road harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or your interaction with any third-party provider linked from the Site.

8. Off-label and compounded content

We describe off-label prescribing and compounded GLP-1 preparations as part of the 2026 access landscape. These descriptions are factual and editorial. We do not endorse, recommend, or facilitate off-label or compounded therapy. Whether an off-label or compounded option is appropriate for any individual patient is a clinical decision made by a licensed clinician working with that patient.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect health data, eligibility-quiz answers, or any personally identifying information beyond newsletter email when subscribed.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Theory Road agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. No class actions

You and Theory Road agree that any claim or dispute will be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

12. DMCA / takedown

If you believe content on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice including (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL of the infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a good-faith statement of belief that the use is not authorized, and (e) a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, to legal@glp1samples.com. We respond to valid notices within seven business days.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date below reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
