Privacy Policy

ED Samples (edsamples.com) is operated by Theory Road LLC, the data controller for this site. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and why. Questions: hello@edsamples.com.

What we collect

If you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address (and a first name if you give one), plus which page you signed up from. If you submit a provider for review: the business contact details and service information you enter in the form. As you browse:standard analytics events (pages viewed, links clicked — including which outbound provider links are clicked, since that's how we measure what readers find useful) collected via Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, and server logs with IP addresses kept briefly for security. We do not ask for, collect, or want your medical history or health records.

What we do with it

Send the newsletter you asked for; respond to provider submissions; understand which guides help readers so we write better ones; and measure affiliate-link performance. Subscriber and submission data lives in our shared infrastructure operated by Theory Road LLC, which runs a family of editorial sites — your email is never sold or rented to third parties.

Cookies & third parties

We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel for the measurement described above; both set cookies and receive standard usage signals, governed by their own privacy policies. When you click an outbound link to a provider, that provider's site and policies take over — some of those links are affiliate links, disclosed on every page and explained in our disclosure.

Your choices

Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask us to show, correct, or delete anything we hold about you — email hello@edsamples.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. Browser-level controls (cookie blocking, Global Privacy Control) are respected to the extent the third-party tools honor them. California residents: the requests above cover your CCPA/CPRA access, deletion, and opt-out rights; we do not sell personal information as defined by the CPRA.

The boring essentials

This site is for adults 18+ and isn't directed at children; we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Data is processed in the United States. If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it.
